Five MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid doctors will give classes at the Francisco de Vitoria University on the 2015-2016 Course. Having completed the corresponding selection process, the university selection committee approved the incorporation of the following MD Anderson Madrid doctors: Santiago Gonzalez, Medical Director of the hospital; Ignacio Pujol, head of the Intensive Medicine Service; Luis Chiva, head of the Gynecologic Oncology Service; Antonio Gonzalez, head of the Medical Oncology Service and Natalia Carballo, head of the Radiation Oncology Service.
They will all form part of the expert associates faculty for clinical subjects on the Medicine Degree Course. In making the decision, the Francisco de Vitoria University took into account the curricular merits and professional prestige of the five doctors throughout their careers. “We are very excited about these appointments. It is an honor for all of us to represent the institution of MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid in such an important task as preparing the doctors of the future”, stated Dr. Santiago Gonzalez.
