The course, “Cancer and new technologies. Betting on the Future”, aims to bring vanguard knowledge in the field to students taking part in summer courses organized by Madrid Complutense University.
MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid wanted to be present at the conference where the students were introduced to a variety of novelties, from prototypes of different cancer research projects to new therapies and lines of investigation for the fight against the disease.
Gema Moreno, Head of the Translational Laboratory at MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid, explained to those attending the conference the application of new analysis technology in breast cancer, the latest advances in molecular diagnosis and leading lines of investigation being carried out on the human genome to develop individualized treatments for the fight against cancer.
